3-15-13 | Gator-Tail Boats Coast Guard Approved
Gator-Tail is proud to be recognized by the United States Coast Guard as an approved manufacture of shallow water boats. Gator-Tail was awarded a Grant of Exemption from Sub Part G, Part 183 of Title 33 Code of Federal Regulations. Being that Gator-Tail boats are primarily used in shallow water environments, we are exempt from floatation requirements normally required in standard boats. This is a great milestone for Gator-Tail as we are the first boat company to receive this exemption.
